Deeds can be obtained from the Kennebec Registry of Deeds for FREE!
Please use https://countyfusion3.kofiletech.us/countyweb/login.do?countyname=KennebecME and create your free account.
The town does not email deeds.
2023-2024 Taxes
The 2023-2024 taxes were committed August 28, 2023. Tax bills will be mailed September 1, 2023 and are available to view and print below. When printing, be sure to specify current page otherwise you may print all 3800 tax bills.
First half is due FRIDAY, 9/29/23 and second half is due FRIDAY, 3/29/24.
Payments can now be made online. Please click HERE to use this feature. There is a fee associated. Now accepting debit & credit cards and echecks. You can view the fee before completing the transaction. Echeck fees are $1.
